1) Starting
Initial connection to our systems includes an indication of the cost to bring the site to the required standard.

This step, including updates, is usually covered in the setup price. However, if your site requires an extraordinary amount of work to meet our standards, we may need to charge for our time. This step is essential, and your site must pass the 'Ready to Go!' check before the standard triweekly maintenance contract can begin.


2) Hosting

- 3 - 5 times a week check and maintenance

4) Securing
- Weekly security report
- Security check and tightening where needed

- Daily External Backup. Offsite to 2 different locations
- Backup before any update so that your website can be back online quickly if something Does break


5) Enhancing
- Advertising Fraud click prevention; 2000 Ad clicks included
- Performance-enhancing plugins* such as Imagine CDN (500 images converted/optimised p/month)
- Functionality enhancing plugins* such as special form, database table, etc
- Other plugins at a heavily discounted usage rate such as A/B tests, ToolTips, Influencers, User responses, etc


6) Keeping up to date

- 1 hour of WordPress support a month included.

* All plugins are licensed to us, and we will install them. We will also remove them once the contract ends, at which time usage is no longer permitted.
